Animated comic books in iTunes
Marvel Comics will be bringing it’s first “motion comic” to Apple’s iTunes store, thus expanding on the portable comic reading abilities of the iPhone and iPod Touch. A video played showing that Joss Whedon and John Cassaday’s “Astonishing X-Men” #1-10 will be adapted into Motion Comics. (See trailer below)
“It’s not quite comics, it’s not quite animation,” Marvel’s Joe Quesada of the hybrid nature of the project.

This is a fart humor, that I personally do not like. TUAW created a video, where they lanch 31 fart applications in 90 seconds.
xGPS: Turn-By-Turn Voice Navigation for iPhone [Cydia]

xGPS uses Google's map data and driving directions, adding a real-time navigation readout and a voice engine. You can also select a map area to download ahead of time, just in case you expect to lose your data connection during the drive. There is also a night mode for those who hate bright white screen shining at night.
xGPS without vocalization in already available in Cydia for jailbreaked iPhones. The new version 1.2 will be ready in a week or so.

Pod To PC: copy media from iPod/iPhone to PC

is a free software program to transfer data from any kind of iPod or iPhone to a computer. It supports all generations of the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPod Video, iPod Nano, iPod and iPod Shuffle making it an universal tool to transfer data from those mobile devices to a PC.

Apple Rejects Obama Trampoline iPhone Game
This app probably violated the iPhone developer's terms of service agreement, which states apps may not ridicule public figures. This fact is questionable. Anyway, you can watch the video of what it is:

This is a wonderful 3d animation the Earth with the Moon and the Sun. Application is free in AppStore (link).

Patent: VideoChat for iPhone

Since the iPhone's launch, the lack of video capabilities on the handset has been a major complaint among customers.The , that Apple was given several days ago, shows company's plans to introduce video conferencing to future generations of the popular handset. Apple devotes a paragraph to explaining how video conferencing would work. Lens that can be rotated backward or forward, coupled with the touchscreen as a viewfinder.

Apple and Adobe collaborate on Flash for iPhone

Bloomberg reports that Adobe's Chief Executive Officer Shantanu Narayen has revealed that Adobe with Apple on bringing Flash support to the iPhone:
It's a hard technical challenge, and that's part of the reason Apple and Adobe are collaborating, Narayen said today in a Bloomberg Television interview from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The ball is in our court. The onus is on us to deliver.
Flash is a very popular web plug-in that is used to deliver animation and video content on the web. Apple's iPhone has notably not supported Flash since its launch.
The surprising part there is the admission that Apple is working with Adobe on the project.
