Apple Has Acquired Сompany Behind Spotsetter
According to the latest rumors, Apple has acquired a company behind Spotsetter app. In case you don't know, it's an application that offers you where to go and what to do. It searches for places nearby using the location data. Looks like the guys from Cupertino plan to make their services even more personalized and intuitive.
Apple has quietly acquired location-based recommendation service ‘Spotsetter,’ according to TechCrunch. The site doesn’t offer any specifics on the deal, but does note that it’s hearing that investors in the company are “happy, so to speak.”
This acquisition comes after the biggest purchase Apple has ever made. Yes, I'm now talking about Beats Electronics. The guys from Cupertino have spent $3 billion on the headphones maker.
