GameStop Will Soon Offer iOS Devices
Several sources have claimed that GameStop will soon sell the full lineup of popular iOS devices such as iPods, iPads and iPhones at its stores. The company announced it to dealers at this week’s trade show in Las Vegas. Besides, this week GameStop
Apple sold 20.34 million iPhones over the second quarter partly thanks to wide distribution network that the company developed by signing distribution agreements with mobile carriers worldwide.
Rumors have it that iPhone will launch on Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile USA, and this would be for the first time the device was offered by wireless networks other than Verizon and AT&T. The world’s largest carrier China Mobile holds secret talks with Steve Jobs and Tim Cool, presumably to reach the agreement on iPhone. Apple is obviously expanding its distribution network prior to iPhone 5 launch. This move combined with latent demand should help the company secure one more blow-out four quarter.
