How iPhone Prices Vary in Different Countries [Chart]
Deutsche Bank analysts Jim Reid and Sukanto Chanda have recently compared the iPhone 7 and iPhone 6s prices in 33 countries to find out where the phone is the cheapest. The results are not surprising, but still worth taking a look at.
As it turns out, the US customers enjoy the lowest prices in the world. The iPhone 7 costs $815, while the iPhone 6s is $707. The highest iPhone prices are observed in Turkey, Brazil, and Russia – $1200, $1115, and $1086 for the iPhone 7 respectively. The iPhone 6s is slightly cheaper, but still way overpriced in these countries. The prices are $1080 in Brazil, $1032 in Turkey, and $943 in Russia.
The analysts compared the prices of the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 with 128GB of storage on board and the 4.7-inch iPhone 6s with 128GB of storage. They used the prices of local Apple Online Stores or the prices offered by retailers for countries where Apple doesn’t have official presence.
