More and More People Choose iPhones Instead of Android Devices

More people have changed their Android smartphone for iPhone this year than in 2012, Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) reports. For more details - take a look at the chart below and read this article up to the end.

The company has polled 400 new iPhone 5s and 5c users and found out that 20% of them are former Android fans. Last year the number of those who upgraded to iPhone was 16%.

AppleInsider writes that:

The increased percentage that's switching is also telling in that Apple sold significantly more new iPhones at this year's launch. The global market for phones is increasing, and the number of iPhone buyers getting their first phone was also up.

I’m curious about how many iPhone users would change their gadget for an Android smartphone. What do you think? Leave your comments below.
