Pangu to Release Jailbreak for Apple TV 4 Next Week

The Pangu team has officially announced it will release a jailbreak for the fourth generation Apple TV as soon as next week. The announcement came alongside the debut of the untethered jailbreak for iOS 9.1, which can now be downloaded from Pangu’s official website.

According to the post on Twitter made by the hackers, mainly developers and security researchers will be able to fully make use of the upcoming Apple TV 4 jailbreak. Here’s a copy of this post:

We will release jb for Apple TV4(9.0.x) next week which only has SSH access. It's mainly for security researchers and jailbreak developers.
