Apple I Comes Back To Life In Italy
Apple I, a computer that back in the 1970′s was sold by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in Jobs’ garage at $666.66, and was the first machine to come with 8K of RAM, was bought by Italian entrepreneur Marco Boglione, a long-time Apple user and fan who spent €150,000 to buy the #82 copy of the original Apple I. The item includes the original motherboard, manual and a letter from Steve Jobs, but no screen or keyboard.
How Sean Congratulated His Wife On Anniversary
When it came to the third wedding anniversary, Sean Ohlenkamp of Toronto decided to make an interesting present to his wife and placed a folder on her desktop. Video above unveils what she discovered when opened it.

Newspaper thinktank predicted the iPad in 1994
In 2007 the Paleofuture blog posted the video below, where Roger Fidler and his team at Knight-Ridder describe an electronic newspaper running on what might as well be an iPad. But the video was shot in 1994.
"We may still use computers to create information, but we will use the tablet to interact with print, video and other information," the video explains. It also goes on to describe personal "profile pages," "interactive maps" and sharing links with friends. It even seems like Fidler is channeling Steve Jobs at some points, saying "Nobody needs a manual for their daily newspaper". Amazingly, he even seems to describe iAds.

Google Launches Mainstream Movie Rentals on YouTube
Yesterday The Wrap reported that Google is going to launch a Video on Demand movie rental service on YouTube, which will obviously become a rival for Apple's iTunes movie store.
Actually, YouTube started offering movie rental last year, but only independent studio movies have been available yet. Now Google plans to partner with major Hollywood studios.

As you may know, last November was released RockMelt, socially improved desktop browser for Macs and PCs. The idea of its developers was to customize Google Chrome browser in a way that would allow to interact with your friends even more while surfing the Internet.
