Here’s How Apple Park Has Changed Over Past Year [Video]
Matthew Roberts has shared a new drone video showing progress on the construction site of the new Apple headquarters. This time we can see how much work has been done over the last year. The video is entitled “APPLE PARK 1 Year Recap 4K”, it is available below this short post.
Roberts shows us each building at various time points from June 2016 to May 2017. At first, the main building has no roof and there are cranes and heavy machinery everywhere. With time, however, the campus changes: the buildings take their shape, trees and pathways appear on the site, and the work moves inside the buildings.
Initially, the new campus was expected to be completed by the end of 2016, but later the grand opening was pushed back to 2017. In February, Apple named the new campus Apple Park and promised to open it in the spring.
Rumors suggest that the OLED iPhone 8, iPhone 7s, and iPhone 7s Plus will be unveiled at the new campus, however, Apple hasn’t yet confirmed these rumors.
