New Video Shows Progress on Construction Site of Apple's Campus 2
According to the latest video showing progress on the construction site of Apple’s new “Spaceship” campus, the steel structure at the gates of the would-be headquarters has reached the fifth floor. This indicates that the construction workers do their job extremely quickly. If to compare the most-recent clip with the previous one, which was released earlier this month, we may see that the workers now focus their attention on the main part of the round building.
The grand, expansive entry of the center "Spaceship" Ring in Apple's Campus 2 mega-project has reached its ceiling, with a steel structure now only barely visible over the construction barrier from the street, but clearly discernible from the air.
The guys from Cupertino plan to finish the construction of their new “Spaceship” Campus 2 by the end of 2016. The massive round-shaped building will house 12.000 employees and feature its own hall for presentations, gym and a large garden. Apple’s new headquarters is expected to become the most innovative and futuristic building in the whole world.
