Foxconn Source Says 46-55-inch Apple TV Sets Are Currently In Testing
According to the from Taiwan’s Central News Agency, citing a source from Foxconn, the supplier is currently testing several designs for Apple’s HDTV sets, but it is "unlikely" that the product will be shipped in 2013.

In the recent days the flurry of Apple television rumors does not subside. Apple's CEO Tim Cook gave brief comments in the interview at Rock Center last week, The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple is really testing samples of future television production. A bit is added to the existing rumor, but there seems to be that a work is in progress and the subject remains topical.
Kickfolio Allows Users To Demo iOS Apps In Browsers
Launched this week, a new HTML5-based platform allows developers to share and test their builds of iOS apps in the browser. They just need to upload a zipped version of the iOS app and the service generates a link to a private testing web page displaying an interactive, CSS and HTML 5 version of the iOS app that is controllable from the keyboard and mouse in landscape or portrait mode.
Apple is expanding its energy resources in the data center of North Carolina.

The Charlotte Observer reports that Apple is planning to double the size of its energy resources at its data center in Maiden, North Carolina to 10 megawatts.
"Fifty fuel cells adjacent to its $1 billion data center in Maiden are expected to be operating by January, Apple said in papers filed with the N.C. Utilities Commission. It will be fueled by “directed biogas” in which cleaned methane gas from a landfill is injected into a natural gas pipeline. [...]
New iMacs Show 10-25% Performance Increase Over Previous Generation
Today Primate Labs reported about the Geekbench results for the new 21.5-inch iMac showing fairly strong increase in performance compared to the previous generation of computers. The report focuses on the 21,5'' iMacs, as the 27'' models will not be available for 2-3 more weeks. The new iMacs scored about 25% higher than its counterpart launched in 2011 and even outperformed the high-end 27-inch iMac from 2011 by about 10%.
Early Builds Of OS X 10.9 Include Maps And Siri Integration
9to5mac, early builds of OS X 10.9, which are currently tested, show that Maps and Siri integration may come to Macs next year.
However, it is currently unknown if Siri will be part of OS X 10.9 for users. Apple already offers Mac users Text-to-Speech and Dictation functionality, but integration with Siri would presumably offer voice search and voice command services to Mac users.

The discussion about the new iPad mini has mainly revolved around its display, which is said to account for 43% of the total cost of manufacturing. The display is reportedly based on a new "GF2" technology which allows for thinner display, but it lacks Retina-level resolution to which users have become accustomed in the new iPad and iPhone.
