Apple Releases New 12-inch MacBooks, Makes 8GB of RAM Standard for 13-inch Air
Apple has today released new 12-inch MacBook models with updated Skylake Intel Core M processors, Intel HD Graphics 515, faster SSD storage and RAM and additional hour of battery life. Externally, the laptops look just like the 2015 models, however, according to Apple, they are 25% faster. Apart from that, there’s now a rose gold 12-inch MacBook that matches the iPhone lineup.
Siri Confirms Apple’s WWDC to Take Place June 13th to June 17th
Every year, Apple organizes a special event for its developers called the Worldwide Developers Conference or WWDC. Up to this day, the official dates of the 2016 conference remained unknown, however, today, Siri surprisingly revealed the information about the upcoming meeting. According to Apple’s virtual assistant, WWDC 2016 will take place June 13th to June 17th in San Francisco.
Apple Has Secret Car Testing Facility in Berlin?
According to the latest report published by a German newspaper called Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Apple has a secret car lab in Berlin. About 15-20 experienced employees from German automotive industry are reportedly working at this facility to help the company create an innovative and advanced vehicle, the reporters claim. The report suggests that Apple’s car will be electric, but lack the support of self-driving capabilities.

Jony Ive has recently designed a unique 12.9-inch iPad Pro for the auction that should raise money for the London Design Museum. HP Unveils ‘Thinnest Notebook in the World’, Apple Has Got New Rival
HP has just unveiled something the company calls “the thinnest notebook in the world”. The laptop is called the Spectre and it’s only 10.4mm thick. Its rival, the 12-inch MacBook introduced in 2015 is 13.1mm thick.
In terms of hardware, these devices are different too. The new HP notebook is equipped with Intel Core i5 or i7 CPU, which is better than the Intel Core M processor included in the ultra-thin MacBook. In general, the device has a premium look and feel and costs $1,170. The pre-orders go live April 25th.

Apple to Let Users Hide or Delete Stock Apps?
According to the metadata found in a number of App Store apps, Apple may be planning to allow users to hide or remove the stock applications they don’t want to have on their devices. Frankly speaking, letting users delete the stock software they don’t need can help those who want to keep only the programs they utilize on a regular basis and avoid app clutter. However, since the size of Apple’s stock apps is really small, the ability to delete them won’t actually help to free up space on 16GB devices.

Apple has released first betas of iOS 9.3.2, OS X 10.11.5 El Capitan, tvOS 9.2.1 and watchOS 2.2.1 to developers for testing. It is not entirely clear what improvements each version contains, but most likely these are minor bug fixes and security enhancements.
Apple Stops Signing iOS 9.2.1, Downgrades Are No Longer Possible
Apple has just stopped signing iOS 9.2.1, which means it is no longer possible to update or restore your compatible iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to this version of the operating system. Currently, the company is signing only iOS 9.3 and iOS 9.3.1.
In case you don’t know, iOS 9.3 was released to users worldwide on March 21st. Because of a number of bugs affecting users from different countries, a couple of days after the initial release, Apple had to seed a new build of iOS 9.3 and then iOS 9.3.1 with major fixes and enhancements.
If you haven’t yet updated from an earlier version of iOS, you can do this right now using either the Software Update section on your phone or tablet, or your Mac or PC with iTunes 12.3 or higher on board.
