Apple Has Registered Several New Mac and iPad Models
Apple has registered five new Mac models in the Eurasian Economic Commission database, hinting at the announcement of these computers at the upcoming WWDC conference. Along with these devices, the company has also registered several gadgets running iOS 10, most likely, new 10.5-inch iPad Pro versions, as well as a new wireless keyboard.

Apple has released iOS 10.3.3 beta 2 and macOS Sierra 10.12.6 beta 2 to developers and public testers. The updates contain a minor changes and improvements for compatible devices as well as bug fixes.

iPhone 8 to Get Optical Fingerprint Scanner and Other Improvements
According to the latest report from Digitimes, the iPhone 8 will get an optical fingerprint scanner integrated into the display. Moreover, the flagship device will be equipped with infrared image sensors for AR features and better camera performance. The display ratio will be changed from 16:9 to 18.5:9, sources add.

Japanese website Macotakara has shared a new video showing the alleged iPhone 8 case compared to the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 and 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus. The case is larger than the iPhone 7, but smaller than the iPhone 7 Plus. There are some other notable differences as well.

The images were initially posted on the Chinese social network Weibo. They are reportedly based on the early iPhone 8 prototypes that didn’t make it to the final design. This is NOT how the next-generation flagship device will look like, but anyway, it is interesting to see what was in the development a couple of months ago.

German hackers from Chaos Computer Club tricked the iris scanner on the Galaxy S8. They managed to unlock the phone with the help of a printed photo and a contact lens, which means almost anyone can bypass Samsung’s security system and get access to the phone and sensitive data stored on it.
