Games Sale: Silent Hill, Resident Evil 4, Dirt Moto Racing, Crash Bandicoot, and…

Here are a few interesting sales over the past couple of days:
- Silent Hill: The Escape ($7.99 -> $0.99, AppStore ) – Konami's first person shooting game set in a creepy environment has seen a massive price drop from $7.99 to $0.99. So, if you've been curious about this title, now's a good time to try it.
- Resident Evil 4 ($7.99 -> $2.99, AppStore ) – The mobile edition of Resident Evil 4. There was some very split opinions between those who loved the game and those who felt it paled in comparison to the original console version. Regardless of your position, a $5 price drop certainly makes it easier to pick up.
- Dirt Moto Racing ($4.99 -> $0.99, AppStore ) – A solid off-road racer that's easily worth $0.99.
- Crash Bandicoot ($5.99 -> $2.99, AppStore ) – One of the original kart racers for the iPhone, it seems they are starting to feel the pressure with Konami's Krazy Kart Racing and the upcoming Shrek Kart.
And, we've heard of one major game that will be holding a sale soon. Firemint's Real Racing (App Store ) will see its first sale this weekend dropping from $9.99 to $6.99 temporarily. The sale should be live by Saturday morning, so keep that in mind if you've been holding out.

Duke Nukem 3D for the iPhone has just made its debut in the App Store. This version of the popular first person shooter game first appeared in 1996 for the PC, with subsequent ports to other platforms along with multiple expansion packs and add-ons made available in the years since.
This app appears to be a rather full implementation of the PC original though there are some on-screen analog control issues that hamper gameplay.
Let's watch the video from TouchArcade:
SI Swimsuit 2009: another "Sexy" app available in AppStore
Apple is always against certain types of applications... Some call these apps "porn", others say "sexy". For example Apple removed Hottest Girls and Beauty Meter apps from AppStore and didn't give approval for Action Babes. In the same time it approves app with erotic content. Couple hours ago an app called "Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2009" appeared in AppStore.
The application allows us to view a series of images of international super models. For each of these there is also a video clip of 2 minutes each. We can look at the pictures in SlideShow and rotate the iPhone 90° to see a small calendar.
Application cost is $2.99 (AppStore ).

The aim is fully legal as they contain a database of useful locations, where you can find the herb for medical purposes. As you have guessed it based on the geo-service and is able to show all the details on pharmacies, doctors, layers or organizations that sell or care for patients.
The rating of this app is quite poor (2.5 out of 5). Comments say this app doesn't work well.
