Kindle Fire HDX Ad Mocking iPad Air and Jony Ive

It’s something like a new trend: companies that create tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices release ads, where their gadgets are compared with Apple’s iPads, iPhones etc. Well, that’s not a crime, but what is the reason for mocking iPad Air and Jony Ive?

As you might have guessed, somebody has filmed another short clip to make fun of Apple. But this time it’s not Microsoft, it’s Amazon.

According to 9to5mac,

Amazon’s fake Jony Ive and his American accented counterpart note the Kindle Fire’s 20% difference in weight, a million more pixels separating the Kindle Fire display from the Air and the cost of $379 for the 16GB Fire against Apple’s 16GB at $499.

And what do you think about the video? Leave your comments below. As for me, I can’t say I like the new Amazon ad, but on the other hand - it’s rather funny.
