This is the first iPhone application to contain bare boobs. The $1.99 app for iPhone and iPod touch only showed girls in lingerie and bikinis until now.

This is not just an application that downloads softcore content from the Web, bypassing Apple's censorship. There is no censorship here, as this is truly an Apple approved app "rated 17+" for "frequent/intense sexual content or nudity" and "frequent/intense mature/suggestive theme."

According to developers: "We uploaded nude topless pics today. This is the first app to have nudity".

The app is avaliable via AppStore (link) for $1.99.

AdSense for Mobile Applications (link) allows developers to earn revenue by displaying text and image ads in their iPhone and Android applications.

It is always good to know what is working and what is not. This list will be changed quite soon, becasue developers are trying their best to make apps work. But for now here it is:

NimbleKit a good kit that will help to create an application for iPhone. Developers can use just HTML and JavaScript, there is no need in any special knowledge relating to Objective-C.

There is application fee, but you can download a trial version directly from the official site. Below is a video with the first tutorial that shows how to create an Internet Radio:

Apple has just released iPhone OS 3.0 beta 5 build 7A312g, almost a week after they released beta 4. With this released they also released a new version of the iPhone SDK and iTunes 8.2 (b10)

Remember this are only available to register developers and if you are not we recomend not to install or you will have a device with a pink screen of death since you need to activate the beta using iTunes and your device must be register in a database.

Apple released new firmware 3.0 beta4. It is only for developers' use and it requires iTunes 8.2.

Several developers report a pink screen error. When usiing iTunes 8.2 the screen should be pink for a few seconds and then the upgrade process will start. Others report that pink screen disappears after reboot.

Apple pre-released new version of iTunes 8.2. It is avaliable only for developers. The big change is a support for Blu-Ray. This leaves us to imagine that in the future Apple will add support reading/recognizing Blu-Ray discs

Apple has just let developers know that they can start testing the upcoming Push Notification Service starting today:
Start testing your applications using the Apple Push Notification service today. Log in to the iPhone Dev Center and review the Apple Push Notification Programming Guide and Getting Started video. Team Agents can log in to the iPhone Developer Program Portal and proceed to the App ID section to create the components necessary to enable and test applications using the Apple Push Notification service.

The University of Stanford created an iPhone related course for iTunes U. The first lesson will help developers to create iPhone applications, almost from scratch.

The course is obviously in English, and videos are posted about 2 days after the actual recording. The quality is very good, and we can even download the slides in PDF. To get started, just click here. And... yes, it is free.

In reality G-Map was a true offline browser, and the last update had also added the voice features combined with turn-by-turn directions. All these additions surprised us, because they violated the contract terms of SDK. About 10 days ago, we wrote that G-Map app had suddenly been removed from App Store.

The developers, on the official site, continue to exhibit the same banner which claim G-Map will be back in AppStore, and that the application was removed only because of a major upgrade. This is a very strange this thing, because usually you update applications directly, without any need to first be removed.

There are many iPhone applications, that alow you to play drums (f.e. real drums). However you should take a look at Kanon Drums, application from japanese developers. This app is fantastic. It works really good, you can play along with some famous riffs.

It's called Zen Bound and has been produced by Chilling, the same developers created iDracula, Orions: Legend of Wizards, Sneezies, iPingPong 3D, etc. The game has already won numerous awards for Excellence in 3D (IMGA Awards winner 2009) and Best iPhone Game & Audio Achievement (IGF Mobile 2009).

It's a simple relaxing game. The primary goal is to wrap a rope around wooden sculptures. You just think of fun and relaxation, not about the highest score. There are 51 levels, three game modes. The soundtrack is 22 minutes long, composed by Ghost Monkey.

SouthPark Mobile is a very nice application. However it was slow and buggy. Recently version 1.1 was released. The developers fixed many issues and improved overall performance.

New version is avaliable in Cydia, section Multimedia.
