Apple is updating support pages
Apple.com has recently had its Support pages updated. This event follows the previous redesign made on the rest of the website. Today most support pages were updated, such as Videos, Manuals, Tech Specs, and Downloads.
Before, the Support pages used to look out-of-date as compared with the rest of the website. Moreover, some problems could be faced when searching information on these pages. The updated version features product menu, so that one could search for manuals related to a specific item. Another improvement concerns search results sorted by product.
The last but not least, since now the Support pages will boast the same design as Apple online store.

AppleInsider reports that eBay is launching a new app, Exact, for selling 3D objects. Using this app, one will be able to create personal 3D printed objects, including iPhone cases, jewelry and other small items. The best thing is that you will need only your device to make these objects.
To launch this Exact project, the auction and shopping giant contracted three biggest 3D printing studios, Sculpteo, MakerBot, and Hot Pop Factory. Now eBay Exact can offer its customers a limited number of small items, but the range will be widening. Currently, you can chose among 18 cases, rings, necklaces, and figurines.

Facebook is updated
The new updated Facebook version boasts verified accounts, better place editing and fixed bugs.
Facebook is the most wide-spread social network. Its iOS app helps you to keep in touch with your friends wherever they are, share pictures and videos, comment and like different posts and even play games.
In the updated version you will be able to find verified celebrities, public figures and brands (verified accounts have a blue check mark next to the name), improved places editing to fix categories, phone numbers and other info on iPad and a fixed a problem of slow News Feed loading.
Apple and Amazon end App Store dispute
According to Reuters, Apple has decided to end its lawsuit with Amazon about App Store name. Cupertino company did this on condition Amazon does not countersue.
U.S. District Judge Phyllis Hamilton in Oakland, California, on Tuesday ordered the case be dismissed at the companies' request.
Amazon was sued by Apple in March 2011. The Cupertino company wanted to prevent Amazon from using the "App Store" name, as customers could get confused by the double use of App Store name.
iPhone 5S will boast a 120 FPS Slow Motion Camera?
Every new iPhone always features its own unique points, completely different from what its predecessors had. In case of iPhone 5S there are quite a few. The rumored fingerprint scanner is followed by another development – a 120FPS slow motion camera. It is believed that iPhone 5S will also boast really cool camera pack, including a dual LED flash and a 13MP sensor.
Currently Apple is designing a new camera feature for iPhone. It is a mode called “Mogul”. The latter will enable iPhone to capture video in a fast and precise way, at a rate of 120 frames-per-second (FPS). Unfortunately, the resolution of the 120 FPS is still unclear.
Twitter for iOS and Mac Updated
Twitter app for both OS X and iOS got the update recently. The new version can boast of a truly unique and noticeable feature – direct message syncing. What that means is that when you read a DM using official website or the Twitter clients for Mac OS X, iOS, Android, Windows Phone or whatever else platform, this message would be automatically marked as already read on any other device. Well, I’m new to Twitter and I’ve been using it for only about a week, but I do understand what a great feature the developers have embedded to the app. Every day I waste much time on scrolling through the messages I’ve already seen to reach the newer ones.
Pandora App for iOS Got the Update
Pandora Radio lets you listen to your favorite songs whenever you want – on your iPhone and iPad. And this app got another minor update yesterday.

HP Printers help Apple boost sales
Before 2012, one could get a 100$ discount on HP Printer when buying a Mac. The promotion stopped when printers became less popular and customers switched to digital access of documents through portable devices.
Now Apple is revitalizing the HP Printers promotion program and offers instant discount on 5 Printer models. The discount varies from 10$ to 70$.
Apart from this sales booster, Apple gives such incentives 50$ or 100$ gift card to be used in iTunes Store/App Store for educational customers when buying an iPhone/iPad or a new Mac.
