Bloomberg reports that Apple is negotiating with HBO to integrate video streaming service to Apple TV. HBO Go is a streaming service that lets HBO subscribers watch HBO content on PCs, tablets, consoles and other platforms.

Apple Invents Depth Perception System And Cash Dispensing Network



The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office today published two interesting patent applications filed by Apple. One of them described embodiments of laser projection and a depth perception system.

PatentlyApple covered the patent and outlined several possibilities of using a laser source and cameras to detect the distance from an object and implement different applications based on the distance determined. The report described how Apple could use the invention, for example, in iMacs. PatentlyApple also explained how Apple could use laser projected keyboard invention (pictured above).

Apple moved one notch down on the list of most trusted companies



Apple has come out the top 20 list of largest organizations of consumer confidence. Apple's rate is 21 in the list of most trusted companies, and it is the lowest ranking in three years. Consumers were asked to name the organization, which they consider to be the most reliable in the privacy of their personal information in the survey.

iPhone Users Spend The Most For Monthly Carrier Bills



AllThingsD reports on a new research from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners showing that iPhone users on average spend the most for monthly carrier bills. The research company polled smartphone users in the period from October to December 2012 and found that 59% of iOS users spend more than $100 per month.

Microsoft Said 128GB Surface Pro Ships With 83GB Of Free Storage



Today Apple announced that the new 128GB iPad model would go on sale on February 5th with a starting price of $799 – an attractive option for those who consider purchasing Surface Pro tablet when it debut on February 9th. Microsoft today also confirmed (via Engadget) that 45GB of storage space in the new Surface Pro will be used for Windows 8 and various preloaded applications, leaving owners of the 128GB model with 83GB of free storage. Apple Said Nearly 300 Million Devices Are Running iOS 6



Today, Apple published an iOS 6.1 press release revealing some impressive numbers on iOS platform and iOS 6.1 usage. As of today, 300 million iOS devices – iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone – are running iOS 6, with 450 billion iMessages sent, over four trillion notifications received and nine billion photos uploaded to Photo Stream.

Apple is on the way to launch a full-size version of the 128 Gb iPad



9to5Mac reports that four of the new configurations of the iPad appeared in the United States retailer's database. Although the exact information was not revealed in the database. The new devices was named as "ultimate" of current full-size model configuration. There are suggestions that such "ultimate" iPad may be a Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + celluar iPad 128 Gb model in black and white color options.

Steve Wozniak is dissatisfied with the biographical movie "jOBS"



Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak said Jobs would have been "offended and embarrassed" to see Ashton Kutcher in his role.
