Apple Acquires Beats Electronics - Rumor
Apple may soon acquire Beats Electronics, the headphone manufacturer and the company behind one of the most popular streaming music services. The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and The New York Times have confirmed that Apple is currently in talks with Beats Electronics. If the two companies come to an agreement, the acquisition will be announced next week.

iOS 7 Does Not Encrypt Email Attachments - Security Researcher
Apple's iOS 7 (including iOS 7.1) is not as secure and protected as it was believed to be. According to what security researcher Andreas Kurtz writes, email attachments sent using native Mail app aren't encrypted. What's even more interesting is that Apple claims the files are encrypted.
