Both ads are available below, so you can watch them and tell me what do you think in the comments section.
Both Apple and Samsung are Found Guilty of Patent Infringements
Samsung infringed on Apple's patents. This is what the jury found out during the Apple vs Samsung trial. What is interesting, though, is that Apple was also accused of violating Samsung's patent for "Apparatus for recording and reproducing digital image and speech", so now it has to pay the South Korean manufacturer $158.400.

EleMount is an all aluminum mount for the iPhone, iPad, and other mobile devices.
With the help of this CNC machined mount you can put your favorite device wherever you want. Last but not the least, the design of the pedestal is elegant and modern. The elePads inserted into the base of the mount sticks to any flat surface, which the other holds your device of any size or generation, even if it is in a protective case. The eleMount base has a 1/4" 20 thread hidden there. You can connect it to tripods for improved smartphone photography and videography.
“With eleMount, I aimed to raise the bar for mobile device mounts, leaving bulky plastic design behind and using only the most premium materials and production processes to create the most beautiful, versatile and easy-to-use mount available today,” said Jose Sanchez, designer of eleMount. “Using precise CNC machinery to manufacture eleMount wasn’t cheap, but the resulting design and finish were well worth it. eleMount is in a category of its own and deserves to hold up our most prized gear.”
ITC bans older Samsung devices
The International Trade Commission ruled that some older Samsung devices will receive an import ban for infringing on Apple patents.
The import band can be eliminated within 60 days by President's veto, so President Obama has possibility to veto the ban as he did with Apple's one. Among Samsung devices that infringe the patent of scrolling behavior and headphone jacks, there are many launched in 2010/2011, such as the Galaxy S 4G, Fascinate, Captivate, Galaxy Tab, and Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Apple is preparing Samsung device sales ban
Apple is again raising the issue of patent wars with Samsung. Cupertino company is planning to ask a U.S. appeals court to ban certain Samsung devices that were found in violation of Apple patents. It is not long since Obama vetoes the ban placed on Apple products for a similar reason.
The company will ask a U.S. appeals court tomorrow to block sales of Samsung models a California jury found violated patents for the iPhone’s look and features. Later, a U.S. trade agency is expected to say if it will halt some Samsung imports based on other Apple patent-infringement claims.

Google And Samsung Plan To Join Their Efforts In Legal Battle Against Apple
It’s no secret that Apple aggressively attacks any company involved with mobile OS Android, including filing lots of patent suits against such companies as Samsung and HTC. One of the biggest victories for Apple came last week as the company won preliminary injunctions against Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Apple Wins Preliminary Injunction Against U.S. Sales of Samsung Galaxy Nexus
Just several days after Apple won a preliminary injunction prohibiting U.S. sales of Galaxy Tab tablet, news agency Reuters
"Apple has made a clear showing that, in the absence of a preliminary injunction, it is likely to lose substantial market share in the smartphone market and to lose substantial downstream sales of future smartphone purchases and tag-along products".
The new injunction is much more important victory for Apple than the injunction against Galaxy Tab sales, as evidenced by the bond in the amount of $95 million that Apple posted in order for decision to come into effect. The bond money would be paid to Samsung should the injunction be overturned by the court later.
