The 90-second clip shows us that Apple’s iPad Air can be used by almost any person - a scientist, a musician, an athlete or even an artist. The ad is accompanied by Robin Williams’ speech from the famous film Dead Poets Society. Well, take a look at all that stuff yourself.
The company from Cupertino will soon announce its Q1 2014 earnings. This means Apple executives will officially unveil the results of the iPad Air and Retina iPad mini sales during the first quarter of their availability, apart from that, they will talk about iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c sales during the holiday season.

Nokia has released a new ad for its most recent tablet running Windows 8 - Lumia 2520. To be honest, the gadget looks pretty much the same as Windows Surface, but, unlike the Microsoft’s creation, features a separate physical keyboard equipped with a powerful battery that lets the tablet work for as many as 16 hours on a single charge. Apple’s newly-released iPad mini with incredible Retina display shows fewer colors than its market rivals. Moreover, difference in picture quality on iPad mini and its “older brother” iPad Air is noticeable without special equipment. And the results of independent tests once again prove the fact that colors on iPad mini look somehow darker and not as vivid as on rival tablets. Who’d ever have thought, huh?
For the first time ever, total revenue from all Android tablets (combined) has exceeded that of Apple’s iPad. According to IDC latest press release and Morgan Stanley’s Katy Huberty announcement,
We have already mentioned that new Apple devices are technically able to work with many LTE networks worldwide, including LTE network in Russia. Apple still blocks iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C from LTE, but the new iPad Air works just fine with LTE in Russia.

According to Apple new iPad Air supports the following LTE bands: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26. While new Air works in Russia this is not listed on Apple's official LTE info page.
According to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, iPad mini shipments will grow 102% in the next quarter. Moreover, Apple is likely to stop producing iPad 2 in 2014.
AT&T has released an official statement, which shows that during the opening weekend the number of iPad Air activations increased more than 200% compared with 2012 iPad launch.
Apple’s new iPad Air is about 13% or $42 cheaper to build than the last-year iPad - the 16GB Wi-Fi-only model cost is $274. Although some components, namely, the 9.7-inch Retina display, are a bit more expensive than earlier, in general the device now costs less.
