When used in iOS applications, it allows to collect sensitive information, for example, Apple ID email addresses and device serial numbers and in such a way to violate user privacy. The issue has been discovered by a research firm called SourceDNA and immediately reported to Apple. The company has also provided Apple with a full list of apps using malicious ad SDK.

Here’s What One Can Find Inside of New 21.5-inch Retina 4K iMac [Images]

The iFixit team has recently performed a teardown of the recently-launched 21.5-inch Retina 4K iMac. The CPU is also soldered to the logic board, so no upgrades and replacements are possible. The most interesting component of the 4K Retina iMac is obviously its 4096 x 2304 pixels display. The iFixit team has found out that it is manufactured by LG. Below you may take a look at the images showing the disassembled 21.5 inch iMac.

Unlike the smaller 21.5-inch Retina 4K iMac, which uses soldered RAM that can be upgraded only by Apple on customer’s demand before the purchase, the larger model gives the owner an opportunity to upgrade the maximum RAM capacity offered by Apple by two times using modules of up to 16GB per one slot. This makes the 27-inch iMac a worth-purchasing device for all those who use computer for image and video editing and other things that require much RAM and powerful processor.

iOS 9 Users Face Problems with POP Email Accounts and Opening Attachments

Apple’s iOS 9 is quite a glitchy update. In addition to the issues with 3D Touch, speakers, power and Touch ID on a wide number of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus units and the ‘Slide to Upgrade’ bug making compatible iPhones and iPads useless bricks that can be restored only in the DFU mode, the latest version of Apple’s mobile operating system is reported to be the reason for various problems with POP email accounts and opening attachments added to the emails. Even though Apple has already released two updates, namely, iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.0.2, the problem is still present and the number of users facing it continues to rise steadily from day to day.
