Apple’s Market Value is Larger Than That of Google





Apple shares are now worth $713.96 billion. This makes the Cupertino-based tech giant the largest company in the world in terms of market value. Strangely enough, Google search results show that Alphabet, its parent company, is the leader. This data is outdated, as the worth of Alphabet shares was larger only at some point in 2016. Currently, the company comes in the second place with market value of about $579.15 billion.

New 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch iPads Won’t Be Released Until May-June



According to the latest report from DigiTimes, the new 10.5-inch iPad and the next-gen 12.9-inch iPad Pro won’t ship until May-June. iPhone 7 Plus Catches Fire, Apple Promises to Investigate Issue



According to the latest report shared by Mashable, an iPhone 7 Plus that belonged to Brianna Olivas smoked and melted one day after being diagnosed as fully working at the Apple Store. Nobody was injured, but the phone melted and became totally useless. The video showing the melting iPhone was shared by Brianna on Twitter. The short video went viral and now has more than 1 million views.

iOS 10.2.1 Prevents iPhone 6 and 6s from Unexpected Shutdowns



Last year, a problem with some iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s units was found that resulted in unexpected shutdowns of these devices. To make the smartphones work again, owners had to plug them in. In a statement shared with TechCrunch, Apple revealed that iOS 10.2.1 that is now installed on 50% of active devices has helped to reduce the number of iPhone users suffering from the problem.

Upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8+ Specs Leaked [Image]



A well-known insider Evan Blass has just revealed key specs of the upcoming iPhone 8 and iPhone 7s Plus rival, the Galaxy S8+. According to what can be found on his Twitter, the handset will get a 6.1-inch or 6.2-inch AMOLED display, 4GB or RAM, and an iris scanner. Apple Names Campus 2 'Apple Park', Promises to Open It in April



Apple has named its new campus "Apple Park". According to the latest press release shared by the company, the employees will start moving to the new headquarters after official opening in April. The process of organizing the work of 12,000 employees in a new place will take about six months. Some additional building will be ready only later this year.

iPhone 8 to Get 2K Display, 3GB of RAM, and 256GB of Storage



According to the latest report from TrendForce, the next-generation iPhone will get a 5.8-inch 2K display and 3GB of RAM. The report also corroborates earlier rumors suggesting Apple will get rid of the Home button and add two storage options, namely, 64GB and 256GB.
