22 fake Apple stores were discovered in China
Recently Apple had investigated retail stores in the southwestern Chinese city of Kumming and 22 fake Apple shops. Reuters reports that Apple China accused them of violation of its trademarks and ordered stores to stop using the company’s logo.
The investigation began after one local American reported on fake Apple Stores in his blog, adding that they all looked very convincing and even stores personnel believed they have been working for Apple.

Apple’s iTunes Replay Service Is Delayed

As CNet reports, rumored iTunes Replay service from Apple is delayed. According to the sources of the publication, Apple has still not reached the agreements for movies with at least four of the main six film studios. Reportedly, Apple began negotiations over these agreements earlier this year, but sources note that this process "could drag on for months".
Find My Mac Is Now Available For Developers
After giving developers access to Find My iPhone feature in iCloud service, it became known that Apple has also turned on Find My Mac feature in this service. Now it is available to developers for beta testing of iCloud service. The service was officially offered in Developer Preview 4 although its addition to Lion was leaked earlier. The user can activate this function within iCloud control panel in system preferences and their Macs will be displayed on iCloud.com.

As Guardian , BBC will be released in eleven European countries, and later this year it will become available in the United States, Canada and Australia. iOS 5 features gesture-based control panel that replaces hardware buttons
iOS 5 Beta 3 includes a new floating panel that provides users with access to a variety of hardware controls and gesture-based commands without using an iPad or iPhone’s physical buttons. The panel could also replace hardware controls when they are damaged. To enable the panel, go to Settings->General->Accessibility->AssistiveTouch. That new menu is available for four sections: Home, Device, Gestures and Favorites. In the Settings users can set up custom gestures and play with the built-in ones. The Home tab performs the same function as the Home button, Device tab opens a sub-menu with other controls to increase / decrease volume, lock or rotate the screen, and unlock rotation, while the usage of Favorites and Gestures are not clear yet.
