Reportedly, iMessage and AirPlay Mirroring will be added to OS X Lion. AirPlay Mirroring was first launched on the iPhone 4S and iPad 2. It enables you to wirelessly stream display content of your iPhone or iPad to the HDTV through Apple TV. Implementation of this feature on the Mac will reportedly be similar and will allow broadcasting whatever is on your desktop to your TV.

New Chrome Enhancements Include Lion Multitouch Gestures And Omnibar History Sync
The latest developer version of Google’s browser Chrome includes several new improvements. Now the software supports Apple’s multitouch gesturing in OS X Lion. This improvement allow you to flick your finger right or left with Magic Mouse or (two fingers with Trackpad) to go back or forth in your history. However, such gestures as double-tap or pinch can’t be used to smoothly zoom in and out, like in Safari on Lion. With another enhancement you can be assured that accidental hitting of the Command + Q combination will not quit Chrome since to quit the browser you need to hold down the combination for a brief time.
Apple Began Selling OS X Lion USB Thumb Drive For $69
Apple has pre-announced late July that they would offer Mac . And today Apple Store has started selling special USB Thumb Drives with Mac OS X Lion. This Thumb Drive is intended for all Mac owners that don’t have broadband Internet access to download this OS from the Mac App Store.
This USB Thumb Drives costs $39.01 more than the digital version at the Mac App Store that is available there for $29.99.
Rumors: OS X Lion USB Sticks Will Go On Sale Sometime This Week
In early August it was reported that Apple plans to sell USB sticks with OS X Lion through AppleCare. Now, it is likely that Apple will release USB sticks this week at the price of $69 for the general public. As MR.X said, this USB stick has shown up in the internal system of the company for a release on August 15th – but it is not known for certain will Apple actually release this product on the 15th. But the fact that the product has shown up in the system suggests that the product’s launch will happen very soon.
Apple’s Andromeda Galaxy is Missing A Few Stars
Maggie Koerth-Baker at Boing Boing has compared the actual Andromeda Galaxy (which is 2.5 million years away from Earth), and the Andromeda Galaxy representation that ships as the default wallpaper in OS X Lion. One of the site readers, David Kaplan, assistant professor of physics at the University of Milwaukee, has noticed that Apple’s Andromeda Galaxy is missing a few stars. Of course, Apple’s representation has been photoshopped and the company removed some stars and galaxies. For example, the professor found out that one of Andromeda’s big satellites (M110 for those keeping track) is completely missing.
Apple has once again altered the Universe according to their whim. They moved/removed many stars, and got rid of a whole galaxy. This is M110, which is one of M31′s [Andromeda's] satellites. The other big satellite, M32, is still there.

Apple released iCloud Beta 7 And OS X 10.7.2 Build 11C37 To Developers
Today Apple released two new builds for developers. First is the seventh beta version of the iCloud build for Mac and second is OS X Lion 10.7.2 Build 11C37. iCloud for Mac can easily make user’s Macs iCloud compatible, and it includes improved Find my Mac, Documents and Data in the Cloud and Back to my Mac services. Both builds can be downloaded via the iCloud developer portal.
An Overview of Automator Improvements In Lion
Automator, the set of automation tools that allows users to create workflows, services or apps has received interesting improvements in Lion. Some of such improvements allow eliminating the need for third-party software. The Option key for example has got new usage in Lion. Now it can reverse the entire Resume system, show the Library in the Finder’s menubar, or change the Finder’s “Arrange By” feature to “Sort By”. Though Lion is the most powerful and feature-rich version of OS X to date, there are still much to be done in Lion.
