iPad 5's Digitizer and Rear Casing Compared with an iPad 4

A new video was uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday that compares the touch screen digitizer and rear casing of a would-be iPad 5 with the current iPad 4. The parts shown in the video look just like those from the leaked photos published before and prove that the next generation iPad will get the design, which is nearly identical to the one iPad mini has.

Apple Launches Its Revamped 'Bug Reporter' Website

Apple has recently redesigned its “Bug Reporter” tool, which is also known as "Radar". As to the new features, the most notable are auto-saving and improved searching. The revamped developers’ website is now up and running - it went online this weekend.

The site recognizes when a bug has already been reported, apart from that, it is now very easy to attach files to the report.

According to AppleInsider:

Apple's Bug Reporter includes the ability to filter bugs, and utilize an advanced search to find specific problems. Development can be divided into a number of categories, including operating systems like iOS, and services like iCloud.

The website is only available for those who have an Apple’s developer account.

New iPhone is rumored to have arrived to the U.S.

MacRumors reports that iPhone has already arrived  to the U.S. in preparation for its presentation during an event September 10th.

As is not unheard of for the company, Apple is already beginning to stockpile units in the United States for quick distribution to carrier partners, other third-party retail partners, and its own channels. With the new iPhone hardware expected to be introduced at next Tuesday's media event, Apple's past history would suggest that the new models would launch in the U.S. and other first wave countries about a week and a half later, with Friday, September 20 being the most likely date.

iOS Share of Mobile Web Usage Has Fallen 11%

The latest report from NetApplications shows that Apple’s mobile web share has fallen 11% in the last 12 months. The main reason for such fall is probably the mass production of cheap Android smartphones and tablets that become more and more popular in Europe and Asia. Looks like things aren’t so good for the company from Cupertino.

According to survey results released Sunday, iOS' share of Web usage hit an all-time low of 54.9% in August, down 11 percentage points (16.7%) from the 65.9% it held in August 2012. Android, meanwhile, surged to 28.1% from 21% last year, up 7.1 points (34.3%).

Anyway, there’re still some chances for Apple to get out of serious troubles. Yes, I’m now talking about the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C releases as well as about the two new iPads, which are expected to be unveiled this fall.

It is also stated that the number of Plants vs. Zombies 2 downloads is bigger that the total number of  the original Plants vs. Zombies game.

In fact the two games can hardly be compared, as he original one is a paid-app, while the sequel can be downloaded for free from AppStore. The number of Plants vs Zombies 2 downloads is certain to grow once the game is released for Windows 8, Windows Phone 8 and Android platforms, which is expected to happen later this year or next one.
