iPhone 5s Compared to iPhone 6 Front and Back Panels



Following recent iPhone 6 back shell leak, a couple of new photos showing something similar to the front and back panels of the long-anticipated device appeared on the Internet. Apple to Sell More iPhones than Expected This Quarter?



Apple's iPhone sales in this quarter may beat the Wall Street estimates. This is what Katy Huberty of Morgan Stanley predicts. If to believe the data shared by the analyst, the guys from Cupertino may sell as many as 39 million iPhone units in the second calendar quarter of 2014.

Two More New Features of iOS and OS X



As you already know, a bunch of new interesting features have been added to Apple's OS X Yosemite 10.10 and iOS 8. Both operating systems were announced at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference keynote, which took place on Monday.

Among the new features, today I'd like to point out only two. These are iMessage screen sharing and FaceTime Audio conference calls.

Tim Cook Visits Mac Pro Factory in Austin



Apple CEO on Friday visited the first US-based manufacturing facility where Macs are assembled. According to what he has tweeted earlier today, Cook is proud of this factory and the fact that at least some Apple computers are manufactured in the USA.

iOS 8 Beta Successfully Jailbroken



After initial signs pointed towards a good chance that iOS 8 was jailbreakable, famous hacker Stefan Esser (nickname i0n1c), tweeted an image that shows off the ability to SSH into an iPod touch running iOS 8 from his Mac, which basically means he has successfully jailbroken iOS 8 on iPod Touch 5G.

I just leave this here ...

There is no information whether i0n1c will release a public jailbreak. Anyway, It would be logical to wait until iOS 8 is officially released so as to not burn any exploits.

Apple Ranked #5 in Fortune 500 Rating



Apple managed to occupy the fifth spot in the annual Fortune 500 rating. In 2013, the company from Cupertino was on the 6th place, so looks like the gross revenue of about $170 billion helped to move to a higher spot this year.
