NewsOfTheWorld Tweak for iOS 9 Lets Everyone Use Apple News App

As it was reported earlier this month, the Apple News app introduced with the release of iOS 9 is currently available only in the USA. Moreover, because of governmental demands, Apple is blocking access to the application in a number of regions, for example, in China.

Even though the Apple News app is currently not available in most countries, there’s a way to start using it right now. All you need to have is a compatible jailbroken iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 9 or higher.

New 27-inch iMac Supports Up to 64GB of RAM - OWC

According to the latest report from Other World Computing (OWC), the recently-introduced 27-inch Retina 5K iMac supports up to 64GB of RAM. Unlike the smaller 21.5-inch Retina 4K iMac, which uses soldered RAM that can be upgraded only by Apple on customer’s demand before the purchase, the larger model gives the owner an opportunity to upgrade the maximum RAM capacity offered by Apple by two times using modules of up to 16GB per one slot. This makes the 27-inch iMac a worth-purchasing device for all those who use computer for image and video editing and other things that require much RAM and powerful processor.

Apple Blocks Access to News App in China

Apple is blocking access to the News app in China. This issue has already been spotted by a number of iPhone and iPad users in this country and a software developer named Larry Salibra. The decision to disable the long-awaited News app introduced in September as a part of iOS 9 in the aforementioned Asian country is probably caused by the strict censorship rules. In case you don’t know, China is a very reserved country with lots of popular media resources blocked or unavailable for users.

Just as we expected, Apple on Wednesday released iOS 9 to public worldwide. If you have a compatible iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, the update should be available in the Settings app under General - Software Update or once you connect your device to iTunes. Apple to Debut 'Revamped iPad Keyboard' and New Apple Watch Metal Finishes Soon

According to the latest report published by the New York Times reporters, Apple is currently working on a new iPad keyboard that may become available for purchase later this year as well as on new metal finishes for the Apple Watch. Keeping in mind that new iPads may be unveiled at the September media event, the rumor about new keyboard compatible with these devices looks quite plausible. As to the new Apple Watch finishes, the latest piece of news corroborates predictions made by KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo earlier this year. The expert claimed that the Apple Watch Sport may get new gold and rose color options.

Pangu Team Jailbreaks iOS 8.4.1 - Rumor

I’ve got some good news for all those people who’re waiting for the release of the untethered jailbreak of iOS 8.4.1. Even though the guys from Cupertino have patched the vulnerabilities used for hacking iOS 8.4, it looks like there’re some other that can be utilized for iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak.

According to the post on the Chinese social network called Weibo, the Pangu Team has successfully jailbroken iOS 8.4.1 and showed this at the HackPwn2015 security conference. It should be noted, however, that it is very unlikely that the hackers release a new jailbreaking tool in the near future. You see, the exploits used for iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak may be used to hack iOS 9 as well, so it’s better not to reveal them right now.
