Bloomberg reports that Swatch CEO Nick Hayek does not believe that potential iWatch could replace the iPhone. At a press conference in Grenchen, Switzerland, Hayek hinted that a smart watch from Apple will fail due to the small size of the display.
Apple has released new iOS 6.1 with expanded LTE connectivity
After iOS 6.1 Beta 5 for developer’s release, Apple has just added iOS 6.1 for public. This update includes support for new LTE connectivity and purchasing Siri -based tickets to the cinema through Fandango, much as individual downloads of songs in iTunes Match and a new button ' reset ' to track advertising.
"This update contains improvements and bug fixes, including:

- Purchase movie, tickets through Fandango with Siri (USA only)

Apple expands support for LTE connectivity in 36 countries
During the Conference on financial results, Apple CEO Tim Cook announced that the 36 additional providers will support LTE connectivity for the iPhone and iPad next week.
Siri will soon speak and understand Arabic, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish
Apple is hiring new team members to help make Siri available in Arabic, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish, according to a company job posting.

New iPad Sales Top 3 Million in Under 4 Days
During the early Monday call, which outlined a surprise stock dividend and buyback plan for the company's $100 billion cash horde, Cook said that "[Apple] had a record weekend and we're thrilled with it." Apple also announced yesterday that it has sold 3 million new iPads in less the four days of availability.
It should be noted, however, that pre-ordered items are commonly not counted as sales until a transaction is complete and thus those iPads that are awaiting shipment were most likely not part of the final tally.
“The new iPad is a blockbuster with three million sold―the strongest iPad launch yet,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. “Customers are loving the incredible new features of iPad, including the stunning Retina display, and we can't wait to get it into the hands of even more customers around the world this Friday.”

Last week the company began to take pre-orders ahead of the release planned for Austria, Ireland, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, Singapore, Norway, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Belgium, Mexico, Luxembourg, Latvia, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Estonia and Finland.
