Apple Discontinues iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 2





Yesterday, Apple released the 9.7-inch iPad. At the same time, the company discontinued the 9.7-inch iPad Air 2 and the 7.9-inch iPad mini 2. As of yesterday, nobody can purchase each of these two directly from Apple. The fourth-generation iPad mini is now available only with 128GB of storage at the price of $399.

Apple Releases (PRODUCT)RED iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Updates iPhone SE



Along with the new 9.7-inch iPad with the A9 processor, brighter Retina display, and lower price tag, Apple has today announced the (PRODUCT)RED iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The company has also doubled the storage capacity of the 4-inch iPhone SE. As of today, the device has 32GB and 128GB of storage on top of 16GB and 64GB of storage it had previously. One can purchase the updated smartphone for $399.

iOS 10.2.1 Prevents iPhone 6 and 6s from Unexpected Shutdowns

Warning: New Malware Attacks Mac Users



A new piece of malicious software for Mac computers called Xagent has been recently found by the Bitdefender security experts. It is a modular backdoor that penetrates into the system and can steal browser passwords, take desktop screenshots, and even steal iPhone backups stored on the computer. The malware was reportedly created by a group of hackers called APT28.

According to Vaclav Vancura who works as a Mac product designer at Microsoft, the latest beta of macOS Sierra 10.12.4 displays native icons of executable Windows files instead of using generic images for unknown file types. This, however, doesn’t mean that Mac users can launch EXE files on their computers, at least now.
