Apple Now Accepting Apple Watch Apps from All Developers





Several days after the release of the first-third party Apple Watch apps on the App Store, the guys from Cupertino have announced that they are ready to accept all the other WatchKit-based application for approval. Apart from that, Apple has updated its WatchKit website with the information on how to make the development of the apps easier and how to optimize them for the App Store. Apple has also provided its developers with the guidelines on creating the best possible icon or description for a particular app.

Several images showing something very similar to the mockup of the upcoming iPad Pro have been recently spotted on the Internet. While the origin of the leaked dummy remains unknown, most likely it was created by accessory manufacturers. Rumors About Release of TaiG Jailbreak Tool for iOS 8.2 Are False - TaiG Team

Apple to Open Several Apple Watch Stores in April



About two weeks ago, first rumors about Apple’s plans to open several separate Apple Watch stores in Europe and Asia appeared on the Internet. Earlier this week, the guys from Cupertino officially confirmed these sketchy rumors by updating their official website with the addresses of three brand new stores located in the U.K, France and Japan. All of these small shops will be located in large department stores and will sell Apple’s smartwatches only.

Apple Granted Patent for Docking Station with Flexible Connector



Apple has been recently granted a patent for a brand new docking station for smartphones and tablets with a flexible connector inside, which makes the whole mechanism more durable and easy to use. The patent is entitled “Dock connector with compliance mechanism” and its number is 8.986.029. According to the latest rumors shared by reliable insiders, Apple has recently begun the construction of a store designed to sell Apple Watches in Japan. The dedicated store will be situated at Department Store in Shinjuku, Tokyo. After looking at the image below, one may think its only a temporary location aimed at advertising the recently-released wearable device, but in fact it’s not. It is listed in the mall directory, moreover, there’s a new Apple Watch ad on the mall’s website. Everything looks serious.

Apple Watch to Feature 'Power Reserve' Mode - Report



Ahead of the official release of the long-anticipated Apple Watch, which is expected to take place on March 9th, more and more details about the functionality and design of the gadget leak online. According to the most-recent report published by The New York Times journalists, the wearable device will boast of a "Power Reserve" mode. This mode will disable all the other features of the smartwatch and display only time in order to save energy when battery is critically low. Apart from that, the reporters claim that the official release of the Apple Watch should have come a bit earlier, however, due to some technical differences and the loss of several key engineers who left the company in 2014, it comes only now.

Apple Invites Reporters to Visit 'Spring Forward' Event on March 9



Apple has begun sending invitation to a new media event, which will take place on Monday, March 9th, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. It is currently unclear what device the guys from Cupertino will unveil. Many things point to the announcement of the Apple Watch, however, Apple remains silent and gives no comments on the issue. The company may announce the long-anticipated 12-inch MacBook Air or slightly refreshed 11-inch and 13-inch MacBook Airs as well. All we know for sure is that the event highlighted “Spring Forward” will start at 10 a.m. Pacific Time and that Apple will offer a live stream of the media event.

Apple to Release Updated MacBook Air on February 24th - Rumor



According to the latest rumors shared by reliable insiders, the guys from Cupertino will show us an updated MacBook Air later this month. Since Apple has no media events planned for February, this won’t be the 12-inch MacBook with Retina display and a number of serious performance improvements.
