Apple's mail rival - Samsung - has sued a newspaper called Electronic Times for 300 million KRW (this is about $284,000) over the article about the company's latest flagship Galaxy S5. The authors of the publication claim the smartphone has a faulty camera, which is incorrect, Samsung believes.

The company from Cupertino may soon acquire Renesas SP Drivers, a unit of Japan's Renesas Electronics that manufactures chips for smartphone displays. Renesas SP is currently one of the Apple’s suppliers.

According to the latest reports, Apple is currently testing iOS 8 and such new apps as Healthbook, Preview and TextEdit. The screenshots showing the appropriate app icons leaked online earlier today.
