iOS 9.3 Lets Users Monitor Data Used by Wi-Fi Assist





Looks like Apple has finally added a really useful feature to its mobile operating system. After the release of iOS 9, many users have begun complaining about the uncontrolled usage of cellular data because of Wi-Fi Assist. iOS 9.3, which is currently a beta, features one tiny tweak that makes it easy to understand exactly how much cellular data the device has used over a certain period of time. Now it is possible to monitor the Wi-Fi Assist activity and be aware of the cellular data usage to prevent additional charges from carrier.

iOS 9 Adoption Rate Reaches 75% - Apple



According to the latest data shared by Apple, the iOS 9 adoption rate has recently reached 75%. What this means is that the number of active iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users has grown 5% since November. iOS 9.2 Should Permanently Fix Unresponsive iPad Pro Issues - Apple



As it was already mentioned on our website, Apple on Tuesday officially released iOS 9.2 to users worldwide. The latest update features a number of important bug fixes and improvements for Safari, Mail and Apple Music and is available for all users of compatible iPhones, iPads and iPod touch units. One can upgrade to iOS 9.2 either through iTunes for Mac or Windows, or use the OTA update, which should be available through the Settings app.

Apart from the enhancements mentioned in our previous post, it turns out that Apple has also fixed the issue causing iPad Pro unresponsiveness after charging. Previously, a special support page suggested that the company was investigating the issue, while now that same page indicates that “updating your iPad Pro to iOS 9.2 or later” should fix everything.

iOS 9 Adoption Rate Reaches 66% - App Store Data



Apple has just revealed the numbers that deal with iOS 9 adoption rate. According to the data based on the App Store usage, iOS 9 is now installed on 66% of active devices that access the App Store on a regular basis. In case you don’t know, two weeks ago, the adoption rate was equal to 61%. The reason for the 5% gain in just two weeks is most likely connected with the release of iOS 9.1, which contained a number of stability, security and performance improvements, bug fixes and new emojis.
