iOS 9.3.3 Has Been Jailbroken [Image]

A well-known hacker and developer Luca Todesco has recently jailbroken the latest version of iOS, iOS 9.3.3. Below you can take a look at the image showing Todesco’s iPod touch running Cydia 1.1.26. This image has been shared on Twitter by the hacker himself.

In case you don’t know, Luca Todesco is a person who demonstrated the untethered jailbreak of iOS 9.2, iOS 9.2.1, and iOS 9.3 beta in the past. Unfortunately, there’re currently no publicly available tools for jailbreak.

At the annual Worldwide Developers Conference in June, Apple is expected to announce the next version of the firmware for iPhones, iPads and iPod touch units, iOS 10. It is currently unknown if the exploits used to hack previous iOS builds work with this version.

Stay tuned for more news about iOS jailbreak.

Nightmode9 Jailbreak Tweak Brings Night Mode to iOS Interface

There’s a big number of people using jailbroken iPhones and iPads. It’s quite obvious that there’re lots of benefits one can enjoy while using a jailbroken device and probably one of the most valuable is the ability to tweak the settings of the gadget and improve it in order to fit the needs of the owner.

Using the traditional iOS bright color theme may be quite inconvenient and in some cases even dangerous for people who have poor eyesight. So far, the only possible way of minimizing the negative impact of bright colors was enabling the grayscale mode in the Accessibility settings, but now, thanks to the jailbreak tweak called Nightmode9 it is possible to turn off the lights and make your device in something similar to the night mode available in certain applications for reading.

Italian Student Luca Todesco Creates iOS 8.4.1 Jailbreak

An Italian student named Luca Todesco has recently released source code for iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak. The developer has called his jailbreak Yalu and although it’s not yet finalized, it can jailbreak your iPhone and most likely iPad and iPod touch running iOS 8.4.1 and let you install OpenSSH. For some reason, Todesco warns users not to install Cydia right now, but I believe soon it would be possible to use Yalu as a fully functional tool for untethered jailbreak. Especially since the developer plans to make a public release of his utility in the near future.
