Apple has begun sending invitation to a new media event, which will take place on Monday, March 9th, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. It is currently unclear what device the guys from Cupertino will unveil. Many things point to the announcement of the Apple Watch, however, Apple remains silent and gives no comments on the issue. The company may announce the long-anticipated 12-inch MacBook Air or slightly refreshed 11-inch and 13-inch MacBook Airs as well. All we know for sure is that the event highlighted “Spring Forward” will start at 10 a.m. Pacific Time and that Apple will offer a live stream of the media event.

Apple Announces 2011-2013 MacBook Pro Repair Program
After hundreds of users’ complaints and months of silence, Apple has finally announced a repair program for those MacBook Pro models, which suffer from graphics issues. The list of models eligible for the repair includes 15-inch and 17-inch MacBook Pros released in 2011, 15-inch MacBook Pro released in 2012 and 15-inch MacBook Pro released early in 2013. Moreover, Apple says it will contact those users, who had to pay to fix the aforementioned problem earlier in order to issue a refund.

Martin Hajek Creates New iPad Pro Concept [Images]

Yesterday, I told you about the leaked images showing something similar to the display assembly for the 12-inch MacBook Air. As it turns out, I didn't mention one conspicuous detail about the next-generation laptop. This detail is the new redesigned logo on the lid, which may lose its backlight and become a rather boring polished logo similar to the one from the iPad Air 2.

These images show something very similar to the display assembly for the upcoming 12-inch MacBook Air, which is expected to be officially released later this year. On the photos that are available below one can see the leaked part compared to Apple’s 9.7-inch iPad Air 2 and the 13-inch MacBook Air. We can easily notice that the display assembly is a bit thicker than the body of the newest iPad, however, that is still thinner than a body of the existing MacBook.
