Hackers Release Taig 2.3.1 Beta with Cydia 1.1.20



Taig team has recently released a beta version of of its tool for untethered jailbreak of iOS 8.4. This version has an index 2.3.1 and contains only one improvement, which is Cydia 1.1.20 integration. In case you don’t know, Cydia 1.120 has a bunch of enhancements and bug fixes that make its work more stable. Apart from the inclusion of Cydia 1.1.20, looks like there are no other new features. This means that if you have already updated to this version of Cydia, you can simply ignore Taig 2.3.1 beta.

Second Version of Taig Jailbreak for iOS 8.3 Leaks Online



A new version of Taig jailbreak utility has been discovered by reddit user nicknamed seiterseiter1. According to what this user has written, this version contains a fix for Cydia Substrate. Still, it should be noted that this is a Chinese pre-release version, which hasn’t been finalised and optimized for average users yet. Although it seems to be quite stable, there’s no guarantee it won’t freeze or crash. that is why install it only at your own risk.

Keen Team from China to Release iOS 9 Jailbreak This Fall



According to the latest report from Forbes reporters, Keen Team from China is currently planning to work on a jailbreak for iOS 9. As to the date of its release, it remains unknown, however, people familiar with the matter say it may take place this fall. TaiG Team to Focus on Jailbreak for iOS 9 - Report



As you might have noticed, the Pangu team has recently demonstrated its jailbreak for iOS 8.4. Following this announcements, the hackers from TaiG team has unveiled their plans for the nearest future. In the latest interview with iDigitalTimes, one of the developers revealed that there will be no TaiG jailbreak for iOS 8.3 or iOS 8.4. Apart from that, he added that there are no plans concerning the jailbreak of the Apple Watch. Instead, the team will focus on the development of a jailbreaking tool for iOS 9. Well, that’s quite an ambitious task, I must admit.

New TaiG Jailbreak Released with Support of iOS 8.1.2



As you probably know, Apple on Tuesday released iOS 8.1.2, which contained a fix for the issue causing the ringtones purchased on the iTunes Store to disappear from your device. Immediately after the release, users began to wonder if the latest version of the mobile operating system was jailbreakable.

As it turned out, the guys from Cupertino haven’t patched the vulnerability, which was used to hack the previous versions of iOS using TaiG jailbreak. That is why less than in a day after the release of iOS 8.1.2, the hackers released an updated tool for untethered jailbreak of the latest version of Apple’s mobile operating system called TaiG 1.2.0. And that is surely a piece of good news for all those, who use jailbroken iPhones and iPads.

Untethered Jailbreak of iOS 8.1.1 and iOS 8.2 Beta Released



An untethered jailbreak of iOS 8.1.1 and iOS 8.2 beta firmwares has just been released by TaiG. It also works for iOS 8.0 and iOS 8.1.

MuscleNerd confirmed the jailbreak over Twitter; however, he warns that you should probably wait a couple days before attempting.

Looks like TaiG just released a jailbreak for 8.1.1 (and 8.0,8.1,8.2beta). Best to wait a few days just in case

TaiG was part of the controversial iOS 7 jailbreak from the Evad3rs. The jaibreak included the TaiG 'app store' for cracked apps by default in China. Following an outcry from the community the evad3rs responded by updating their jailbreak tool to remove TaiG.
