Apple Releases iOS 8.1.1 Beta to Developers for Testing
Apart from seeding the new beta of OS X Yosemite 10.10.1, the guys from Cupertino on Monday released iOS 8.1.1 to developers for testing. The update comes two weeks after the official release of iOS 8.1, which contained the support of the recently-launched mobile payments service called Apple Pay as well as some bug fixes and stability improvements.
iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus to Become Available in New Countries on November, 14th?
Without any official announcement from Apple or the company suppliers, the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus are expected to go on sale in a number of new countries as soon as on November 14th. These countries reportedly include Brazil, Philippines, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Uruguay, Guatemala, Lebanon, Kenya, Nigeria and possibly Malaysia. Local carriers in these countries have already began the preparations for the launch and announced the availability of both devices in the near future.

According to a video message sent by Apple's Senior Vice President of Retail and Online Stores Angela Ahrendts to retail employees, transcript of which was obtained by 9to5Mac, the recently-announced Apple Watch will finally hit the store shelves in the "spring" of 2015. In case you don't know, back in September, the guys from Cupertino promised that the smartwatch will become available "early next year". Today's release timing is more specific and this is good for potential customers.

Many OS X Yosemite Users Encounter Wi-Fi Issues
According to a number of complaints that can be found on Apple's Support Communities forum, a number of OS X Yosemite users have encountered some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. The Wi-Fi connections are extremely slow or, in some cases, they disconnect within few minutes of work. It should be noted, however, that the number of users that have reported Wi-Fi issues is relatively small. Nevertheless, I believe the guys from Cupertino should pay attention to the complaints and fix the bug inside of the recently-released OS X Yosemite as soon as possible.
Pangu8 iOS 8.0 - 8.1 Jailbreak Released With Cydia Included
The PanguTeam has just announced the release of their Pangu8 jailbreak utility for iOS 8.0 - 8.1 with a working version of Cydia included.
This marks the first user safe version of the iOS 8.0 - 8.1 jailbreak to be released. A previous version of the utility intended for developers was released last week.

Cydia Update 1.1.14 released with bug fixes
Saurik has just released an update to Cydia that brings us one step closer to a stable jailbreak.
Cydia 1.1.14 no longer causes your device to lock up while booting on iOS 8 when you use a passcode. If you have installed unsupported modifications you may want to restore and jailbreak again, as those modifications are not supported.

Apple's Vice President Greg Joswiak Apologizes for iOS 8.0.1 Bug
Greg Joswiak, Apple's VP of iPhone marketing, earlier today had an interview with Re/code reporters Ina Fried and Walt Mossberg. During this interview, Apple representative apologized for the iOS 8.0.1 bug that made it impossible for many iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users to access Touch ID and cellular service on their smartphones. Joswiak claimed that a problem with iOS 8.0.1 was caused by the software distribution and not by the flaw in the operating system as it was believed earlier. Anyway, it was a terrible mistake, so I guess the guys from Cupertino should find out whose fault was that.
