Apple will Launch iPad Air on Regional American Wireless Providers Soon



C Spire Wireless and Bluegrass Cellular - U.S. biggest regional wireless carriers - announced that Apple’s new iPad Air will become available on their networks very soon. These two companies were, by the way, among the first regional wireless providers to carry the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c earlier in October.

Apple Files a Patent for a System that Allows to Control Access to Content



Apple filed another patent. This time it’s a system that allows to control access to content using a person's physical features. The patent application entitled “Systems and methods for controlling output of content based on human recognition data detection” was published on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s website on Thursday.

Apple's New MacBook Pro is Not as Fast as We Hoped



Geekbench benchmark suddenly showed that the new MacBook Pros based on the Intel’s latest Haswell processors are actually not as fast as they were expected to be. But the point is that the battery life has been improved - both laptops can work for about 8-9 hours on a single charge.

Apple Releases iOS 7.0.3 with Numerous Improvenemts



After announcing the new iPad Air, iPad mini with Retina display, updated MacBooks, Mac Pros and the free OS X Mavericks yesterday, Apple decided to release iOS 7.0.3 that same evening. This minor update contains numerous bug fixes, safety improvements as well as a bunch of new features aimed to make the integration between Apple’s mobile and desktop operating systems even deeper. Moreover, there’re some enhancements that deal with iPhone 5s’ Touch ID sensor.

New MacBook Pros - First Look



Apple has officially released new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pros.

Let’s take a look at the new laptops’ specs. Both MacBooks got the 4th-generation Haswell processors with Iris integrated graphics. It may sound incredible, but Apple claims that new devices have become 90% faster in comparison with the previous generations of MacBook Pros.

Apple to Release 55-Inch and 65-Inch Televisions in 2014?



According to Masahiko Ishino of Advanced Research Japan Co, Apple will release 55-inch and 65-inch 4K televisions in the fourth quarter of 2014. Both models are expected to have a frameless design.

Apple Launches First Gold iPhone 5s TV Ad



Apple has released its first TV ad for the new flagship iPhone 5s. This is pretty much the same video that was first shown at the launch of the high-end smartphone is September. It is a bit changed and shortened though.

Similar to the flow of the "plastic perfected" TV ad Apple launched last month for iPhone 5c, the new 5s spot depicts a phone materializing out of a liquid material.

The clip is 30 seconds long and is accompanied with a song called "Ohh La La” by Goldfrapp - an English glam rock band.

USA Today Claims that iOS 7 is Apple's "Most Troubled" Operating System



USA Today claimed on Thursday that iOS 7 is the "most troubled" if to compare it with older versions of the Apple’s mobile operating system. However, the journalists were unable to provide at least one expert's conclusion or independent testing result, so looks like such an article was aimed only to draw some attention from the newspaper readers, that’s all.

Apple Released OS X 10.9 Mavericks Server GM to Developers



Apple released OS X 10.9 Mavericks Server Golden Master to developers on Friday. This means that the company has finally finished working on the new operating system for Macs.

Friday's seed, dubbed build 13S440, comes a little over two weeks after Apple issued the final version of OS X 10.9 Mavericks to developers at the beginning of October.

With both the consumer and server versions of the next-generation Mac operating system seeded, it is anticipated that Apple will soon release Mavericks to the public.

The company from Cupertino still hasn’t set the launch date of OS X 10.9 Mavericks, however, the new OS is expected to be released on October 22nd along with the fifth generation iPad and iPad mini 2. Let’s wait.
