Samsung Galaxy S7 and iPhone 6S Tested in Water





YouTube channel EverythingApplePro released an interesting video a couple of days ago. People behind the channel decided to test Samsung’s new smartphone Galaxy S7 Edge and the iPhone 6S in a plastic reservoir filled with water to see if they can get some unexpected results.

According to Samsung, their Galaxy S7 is fully waterproof in accordance with the IP68 standard. Unlike the previous models, the S7 is supposed to work normally after being held in the water for 30 minutes and can be put up to 1,5 meters deep.

Moreover, the company claims to use not only outside waterproof coverage, but inside as well. It means that even USB ports and the headphone jack will work absolutely fine after you drop the smartphone in the water.

First iPhone With OLED Display to Be Released in 2017?



According to Nikkei, Apple has changed the date of launch of the first iPhone with an OLED screen. Earlier it was reported that the new display will be released in 2018, but now the company seems to be planning to install it on the 2017 device. One of the reasons for this is poor smartphone sales in the last couple of months.

Samsung Leaks Galaxy S7 Video Ahead of Official Launch at MWC



Apple’s main rival, Samsung, has accidentally leaked the video highlighting the unreleased Galaxy S7 smartphone and a couple of its features including wireless charging, undefined level of water resistance as well as its deep integration with the Gear S2 smartwatch. Apple Releases iOS 9.3 Beta 3 to Developers for Testing



Apple has just seeded the third iOS 9.3 beta to developers for testing. This is probably the last but one build for developers released until the alleged debut of iOS 9.3 in March alongside the new 4-inch iPhone 5SE, iPad Air 3 and the updated Apple Watch. The list of improvements and enhancements includes bug fixes and refinements to the features added in previous betas. These features include the Night Shift mode, secure Notes, updated News and CarPlay. iOS 9.3 Beta 2 brought a separate Control Center toggle for Night Shift, which is present in the third beta, so looks like the change is permanent.
