A few days ago, Nokia released a video, where claimed that the Lumia 925’s camera is a lot better than the iPhone 5’s photo sensor. What we have here today is the comparison gallery of photos taken using the Nokia Lumia 1020 and, of course, the iPhone 5. Let’s take a look.

Last month it was found out that very few users are ready to pay for iOS 7 app updates on apps they already owned. Most of them would prefer to stay on iOS 6, rather than to update to iOS 7 and pay again for the apps.
Let's have at what developers think.
Craig Hockenberry, developer at Iconfactory (Twitterrific):
Like many of my fellow developers, I am in the middle of an update of an app for iOS 7. As you’d expect, it’s a lot more work than previous versions of iOS. But results are stunning: both David Lanham and I have commented that our shipping version was “feeling old and clunky.”
While cranking along on the update, a couple of thoughts occurred to me: how many other developers were doing the same thing and were they going to commit fully to iOS 7? The depth and breadth of the changes in iOS 7 makes it difficult to support older versions of the OS.
Looks like the Apple’s lower cost iPhone would be an iPhone 5 plastic copy. Apart from the other similar hardware solutions, it is said to get an 8-megapixel rear camera.
Scammers do their best to take advantage of Apple’s Developer Center outage, ZDNet reports. This time they began sending fraudulent email messages to developers aiming to steal their Apple ID passwords.
We all know that Apple will introduce iTunes Radio this fall along with iOS 7. And it seems to be just the right time for such a release. And here’s why.
We all know that Apple’s currently working on a kind of wearable computer, right? Moreover, we even know it’s called iWatch. However, when would Apple release this device and whether it would do that at all - these are still the questions to answer.
According to a recent market research, Samsung spent twice as much time to ship 20 millions Galaxy 4 units as Apple for shipping the same amount of iPhone 5.
Judging by official opening weekend numbers and quarterly earnings reports, it took Apple 25 days to ship 20 million items, a month less than Samsung figure. Moreover, over the launch period Apple shipped 805,000 units per days, whereas Samsung sold half as many, about 333,000.
In iOS 7 beta 2, Apple has added new photo detecters that can detect certain facial expressions like blinking and smiling. In iOS 5 and iOS 6 the APIs provided basic facial recognition, and soon after Apple implemented face detection in the stock Camera app.
So in the future, when Apple implements new functionality in Camera app, users might get notification if the taken photo has some blinking.
Samsung has accidentally leaked its upcoming Galaxy S4 mini smartphone.
The device was spotted Samsung’s official apps site by TGSpot. The site lets you sort apps by device and one of the devices in the list is the Galaxy S4 mini.
The smaller smartphone is expected to have a Super AMOLED 960x540 4.3-inch display, down from 5-inches. It's also said to feature a 1.6GHz processor and 8-megapixel camera.

Apple is gradually rolling out a new customer service initiative called ‘table selling’ across its retail stores. With the new strategy, employees at Apple Stores are assigned a product table at which they are responsible for serving groups of customers with the same device but different needs. Previously, employees helped each customer individually on a first-come, first-serve basis which often resulted in lengthy wait times.
Today an analyst Amit Daryanani from RBC Capital Markets has issued a new research report predicting a launch for both a lower-cost iPhone and the iPhone 5S in June-July timeframe, which is in line with other recent claims. However, Daryanani says that the cheaper iPhone appears to lack a Retina display. He said:
DigiTimes reports that the components for the next generation iPhone will be shipped at the end of may, and the new Apple’s smartphone may appear somewhere in the third quarter. This confirms other reports that iPhones will be released in June or July.
Samsung Galaxy S 4 looks a lot like last year's Galaxy S III model. But there are of course some differences, most notably on the inside. Let's compare some specs:
