Lawsuit Against Company from Cupertino - Dismissed



Lucy Koh, U.S. District Judge, has recently dismissed a lawsuit against the company from Cupertino. According to the latest Reuters report, the lawsuit claimed that Apple was collecting users’ location data even when the geo-location feature on their iPhones or iPads was turned off.

More Workers Assemble iPhone 5s - Foxconn



Foxconn has been reportedly adding new workers to iPhone 5s assembly lines in order to catch up with the demand on this device. Earlier this month, the company from Cupertino decided to cut down the production of plastic iPhone 5c. As we can see now, this was the right decision as the number of iPhone 5s units available for purchase has grown dramatically since that time.

iPhone 5s In Stock Again - Piper Jaffray



Apple suppliers have finally produced enough iPhone 5s units to catch up with the demand, latest survey claims. Well, almost - currently about 90% of the flagship models are available for purchase at the company’s retail stores. And it’s a very substantial increase, I must admit. iPhone 5s supply grew from 31% on November 11th to what we have now.

Quanta Computer to Produce Larger-Sized iPad?



According to the latest Digitimes report, Apple has signed a deal with Quanta Computer to produce larger-sized iPad. The Taiwanese-based company is said to start the production of the 12.9-inch iPad in the second half of 2014. There’re also rumors that deal with iWatch, however, I don’t know whether we can trust these rumors or not.

Product (RED) Mac Pro, designed by Jony Ive and Marc Newson, was sold on Saturday for $977,000. The device, which was at first expected to be purchased for about $40,000-60,000, surprisingly became the most expensive personal computer ever created. The charity Sotheby's auction aimed at raising money for The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
