New Final Cut Pro X Screenshots Appear On the Net
Twitter user @MortGoldman2 somehow obtained new screenshots of upcoming Final Cut Pro X release and claims they "should be legit".
The latest version of Final Cut Pro X was previewed by Apple this April in Las Vegas. Its release is scheduled later this month on the Mac App Store. 64-bit software will cost $299.

'Wi-Fi Sync' App Developer Accuses Apple in Stealing His Idea
Last year we told about Greg Hughes, who created the "Wi-Fi Sync" app, which allows to synchronize your iOS-device with iTunes wirelessly. After Apple's rejection the developer sent it to the Cydia Store instead. Since then the app was sold over 50,000 times. But as you know, this week Apple unveiled that it made Wi-Fi Synchronization with iTunes an inbuilt feature in iOS5. In response Hughes decided to accuse the company in ripping his work.

iCloud Communications Accuses Apple Of Infringing Its Trademark
This Thursday iCloud Communications filed a lawsuit against Apple. The plaintiff claims the Cupertino's company has infringed on its trademark and calls for an injunction, which would allow to block the launch of the iCloud service.

iPhone 4S may get hybrid GSM-CDMA support
New report by MacOtakara claims that Apple may release the "iPhone 4S" that will sport hybrid GSM-CDMA functionality and a special SIM card slot for countries other than United States.
Besides that, the new smartphone will supposedly have a smaller hole for FaceTime camera and a "more narrow front receiver slit". It will also get a 5 GHz antenna for 802.11n wireless networking support.

iOS 5 will have panorama camera functionality
This code was found in iOS 5 beta 1 that was released several days ago. The code indicates that Apple plans to add panorama functionality to camera application. We don't know how it will make panoramas - either stitching together photos or making a movie.
iOS 5 jailbreak released: Redsn0w 0.9.8 b1
MuscleNerd recently Tweeted that iOS 5 beta 1 jailbreak is already available. DevTeam released Redsn0w 0.9.8 b1.
For now the jailbreak is tethered (you have to run redsn0w each time you reboot) and available for Mac OS X only. It will not activate your device, so you need have registered UDID. iPhone 3GS users with 06.15 baseband: redsn0w will get you past the iTunes restore error. This redsn0w will probably work on future versions of iOS 5.
Redsn0w 0.9.8 b1 works with iOS 5 b1 on iPhone 4 (GSM / CDMA), iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G, iPad 1.
This is mostely for developers of Cydia apps. Most tweaks and Cydia applications do not work on iOS 5.

How to upgrade to iOS 5 without developer account
Before you even start thinking about it -
- you do it at your own risk
- you will probably loose warranty
- you cant go back to iOS 4.x once you go to iOS 5
- Apple will probably fix this soon.

iTunes 10.3 released, adds iCloud beta support
Apple released iTunes 10.3 that has iCoud beta support for devices with iOS 4.3.3 (US and Canada for now).

iOS 5 Summary
Apple yesterday, at WWDC, announced iOS 5 for the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. The new major changes include a completely revamped notifications system, over-the-air software updates and activation for new devices, and iTunes library syncing over Wi-Fi.
- The new Notification Center will aggregate all notifications that will appear at the top of the screen and will be less obtrusive overall.
- iOS 5 will be "PC free" , so a new device and iOS updates can be activated over the air.
- Tunes library can be also synchronized wirelessly via Wi-Fi.
- AirPlay Mirroring will also be possible to wirelessly mirror an iPad's display to a television connected to an AppleTV.
- Twitter will be integrated into iOS and Contacts can be updated automatically.

Mac OS X Lion Round Up
Mac OS X is almost 10 years, but it still continues to evolve and as Phillip Schiller claims "not because of hardware, but because of software." During yesterdays keynote Apple unveiled only ten of 250 new features in Mac OS X Lion.Some of the new features include Windows Migration Assistant, a new version of FileVault, built-in FaceTime and more.
Lion will be available only through App Store as a 4 GB download for $29.99. So you pay ones and may install the new software on all your machines. Little bit strange but App did announce an exact date of MacOS X Lion release.
